Foundations in Insolvency Compliance - Full Course

Manage insolvency practice compliance risks cost-effectively, meet your training obligations and protect your firm’s reputation with our new Compliance Awareness Online Learning course.

There have been significant legislative changes in the areas of anti-money laundering and data protection, vulnerability awareness is high on the political agenda, and ethics and professional standards issues continue to dominate the complaints mailboxes of the regulators.

Required awareness levels of these key issues will vary within a practice, depending upon the nature of team members’ roles and their relative responsibilities. However, it is important that all team members have a good grasp of the basics and can flag issues with their managers as they arise.

Who Should Attend

This course is specifcially designed for people working in the insolvency profession and provides grounding in the legal and regulatory provisions, and practical tips on its application to insolvency work. Understanding how an area impacts on day-to-day roles is key to managing the risks, and is far more interesting for participants when the learning is directly relevant to them.

Learning online, when it most suits
The course modules can be completed at a time that fits with team members’ working patterns and the broader business needs of the practice.

Knowledge checking – reinforce learning and demonstrate knowledge
To reinforce the value of the learning, each module concludes with a multiple-choice knowledge check. Practices can demonstrate to regulators that they have taken meaningful steps to meet their legal obligations to ensure staff possess the required level of knowledge and awareness.

The base price for each module is £75 per staff member, and a package of all four modules is priced at a discounted rate of £250 per staff member. Further discounted prices for teams are available and costed on the number of staff members being trained. All prices are stated exclusive of VAT.
